As a Virginia Delegate, Singh has supported many gun violence prevention bills, including legislation to:
- Require universal Brady Background Checks
- Improve and invest in implementation of extreme risk laws, which temporarily remove firearms from a person in crisis
- Ban assault weapons and large-capacity magazines
