Like far too many others in America, the fight for gun violence for Virginia Delegate Josh Cole is personal.
Delegate Cole lost his cousin to gun violence, and now he wants to fight to make sure no other Virginia families have to know that pain.
As a Virginia Delegate, Cole has:
- Authored legislation that creates standards of responsible conduct for firearm industry members
- Supported the ban on assault weapons and large capacity magazines
- Improved and invested in implementation of extreme risk laws, which temporarily remove firearms from a person in crisis
