Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings has consistently fought to protect Delaware communities from gun violence.
Before serving as Attorney General, AG Jennings worked at the Delaware Department of Justice, where she prosecuted those responsible for gun violence. As Attorney General, she secured an 85% conviction rate on gun violence cases and helped pass laws to crack down on ghost guns.

In her next term, AG Jennings has promised to protect Delawareans from gun violence by seeking a ban on weapons of war, which includes extended magazines and assault weapons. She is also prepared to stand up to the Trump administration as they continue to try to roll back life-saving gun violence prevention laws.
