- Voted to preserve funding for Rutgers University’s Gun Violence Research Center, which has conducted and supported dozens of studies that help gun violence prevention advocates and policymakers better understand the contours of this public health crisis and its solutions
- Used her experience as a former assistant prosecutor to fight for legislation that helps victims of gun violence seek justice
