As a member of the New Jersey General Assembly, Assemblyman Karabinchak:
- Was the second prime sponsor of A4975, legislation that makes it illegal to possess digital instructions for illegally manufacturing firearms, helping crack down on ghost guns
- Advocated to bolster the state’s concealed carry permitting system, banning firearms from sensitive public places, like preschools, playgrounds, parks, and hospitals
- Supported legislation to implement firearm microstamping, a revolutionary technology that marks bullets to aid law enforcement in tracing guns recovered from crimes and solving homicide cases
