The Brady Campaign, Brady PAC, and Brady’s youth-led initiative, Team ENOUGH, partnered with Blue Future to create the Youth Safety Victory Fund, a sustained get-out-the-vote effort to elect gun safety champions who will build a future free from gun violence.
Gun violence is consistently a top concern for young people in America, and for good reason. From their schools to their homes, young people have been forced to grow up with the everyday reality of gun violence — the number one killer of American youth — even being named “Generation Lockdown.” Despite their desire to change the status quo, traditional political campaigns and methods too often overlook young voters and the power they bring to elections.
We’re saying ENOUGH.
During the 2026 midterm elections, nearly 50 million young people are eligible to vote. The Youth Safety Victory Fund is investing in a nationwide network of paid youth organizers on college campuses and in 8 key battleground states. Dozens of organizers will mobilize young voters to elect gun safety champions and oust elected officials beholden to the gun industry. We’re equipping them with training, mentorship, and the tools necessary to build lasting, long-term civic engagement that will help end America’s gun violence epidemic once and for all.

2) Building lasting civic engagement infrastructure in youth spaces and helping youth stay involved in the political process beyond Election Day.
3) Educating and mobilizing young voters ahead of the midterms to vote to elect gun safety champions and end gun violence.
The Youth Safety Victory Fund builds on a transformative youth organizing model deployed by Brady PAC, Blue Future, and Team ENOUGH volunteers during Virginia’s 2025 elections.
By putting youth leaders at the center of voter outreach, our organizations helped flip the Virginia legislature to a gun safety majority. The efforts put Virginia on track to pass more than 20 life-saving gun laws this past session, including banning ghost guns, bolstering secure firearm storage, and strengthening gun industry accountability.
These wins show what’s possible when young people have the resources, support, and opportunity to turn their voices into political power. Now, we’re bringing that model to communities across the country.
The gun lobby and its allies running for office are counting on you to stay on the sidelines this November. We’re investing in the next generation of youth leaders to prove them wrong — and we want you to join us.
We’re hosting virtual and in-person activations leading up to Election Day. Find an event and help us elect bold candidates who will free America from gun violence.
Join us in phone banking for gun violence prevention champions. Our next event is on Tuesday, October 20, with Rep. Chris Pappas.
Attend Team ENOUGH's weekly Welcome Session on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. ET to see meet fellow youth advocates and get involved.
Make sure you are registered to vote or update your voter registration in case you recently changed addresses. This is the first step in making sure your voice is heard in November.
